"Absolutely loved my visit! The place has a cozy vibe, and the owner is so lovely and genuinely involved, checking in and having little chats that make you feel welcome. The staff are great too — friendly, funny, and just all-around pleasant. I had the Eggs Benedict with Spinach and a cappuccino, and both were delicious. Everything just felt really well done, from the food to the coffee to the overall atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d go back to"

"I was at The Morning Glenn shopping centre and came across Thyme Square Cafe. I ordered a salad and enjoyed it very much. It was fresh, flavourful and very reasonably priced. The waiters were very friendly and efficient. I can recommend visiting them if you are in the centre and feel like a light, quick lunch."

"This review is for the coffee I had. The staff are wonderful and the waiting time is what you expect in a coffee shop of its size. I ordered the Americano with full cream cold milk. The milk was fresh and not second hand boiled milk that got cold again. I really hate it when I have to pay for second hand coffee. The coffee itself was not burnt! Which puts Thyme Square in the top 1% of coffee shop to get that right. The flavourful was bold and rich which complemented the creamy cold milk. Sipping on this cup was not just pleasant, but also delivered the much needed caffeine boost, I so desperately desire. I have to finish this review, because my gf is helping herself to my chips #orderyourownfood! I have had great americanos before. But it did not cost, what is a standard price of R26. Simply put! If your not drinking coffee from Thyme Square, don't call yourself a coffee lover! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT LOVE IS"

"Went to Thyme Square Cafe for early lunch. The breakfast wrap was divine and Thyme Square also offer bacon alternatives, which is an added bonus. My son's burger was cooked to perfection and the coffee and cake is always good. Thank you for the wonderful service T. We will definitely be back."
